A series of screen prints created by a one second of film from my film The Red. One second is 24 frames. All 24 frames are exposed on a single screen, then printed 24 times, to create 24 pieces. Each frame is an atomized denotation of time, yet holds a fluid life in itself. A sporadic gesture, articulated in 24 frames per second, is amplified.
